HEAD OF MEMBER EXPERIENCE
Ghost Town Fitness just leveld up - and we’re looking for a front desk leader who is excited about health, wellness, and making an impact in our GT community.
This is not a basic check-in job.
We are looking for someone who can:

✔️ Lead the front desk with professionalism and energy

What You’ll Do:
Front-of-House Leadership
• Own and elevate the entire front desk experience
• Set the tone for energy, hospitality, and professionalism
• Greet every member and guest with confidence and enthusiasm
• Maintain a polished, welcoming, high-standard front-of-house environment
Sales & Prospect Management
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospects who’ve shown interest
• Schedule intro sessions, consultations, and trial appointments
• Convert guest passes and trials into memberships
• Track and manage prospect pipelines inside our CRM
• Hit monthly conversion and revenue goals
Member Retention & Experience
• Check in with new members after sign-up
• Identify at-risk members and support retention efforts
• Handle membership questions and concerns with professionalism
• Strengthen relationships to increase referrals and reviews
Operational Oversight
• Ensure accuracy in scheduling, memberships, and billing
• Manage front desk systems and software
• Communicate key updates to the coaching team
• Assist ownership with reporting on leads, conversions, and trends
Marketing Support
• Help execute promotions and in-gym campaigns
• Support local outreach efforts and community partnerships
• Assist with flyer distribution and in-studio marketing materials
• Contribute ideas for basic social content and member highlights
Compensation
• $40,000–$50,000 salary (based on experience)
