Personal Trainer
Ghost Town Fitness is seeking motivated and energetic Personal Trainers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for trainers who are passionate about helping people achieve real results while building their own client base within a supportive gym environment.
Our facility provides the space, equipment, and community—you bring the coaching, motivation, and drive.
Position Overview
Personal Trainers at Ghost Town Fitness work with members one-on-one and in small groups to help them reach their health and fitness goals. Trainers are responsible for delivering exceptional coaching experiences while actively growing their training clientele.
In addition to strength and conditioning coaching, trainers will have the opportunity to offer assisted stretching sessions as an additional service to help grow their client base and increase income potential. These sessions are designed to improve mobility, accelerate recovery, reduce injury risk, and enhance overall performance.
This position is structured with hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses, rewarding trainers who build strong client relationships and maintain an active training schedule
Responsibilities
- Conduct personal training sessions for members of all fitness levels
- Develop customized workout programs based on individual goals and abilities
- Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and safety
- Track client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Build and maintain a strong client base within the gym
- Engage with members on the gym floor and help create a welcoming community environment
- Support member motivation, accountability, and long-term success
- Maintain a professional, positive, and encouraging training atmosphere
- Provide assisted stretching sessions to help members improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention
- Educate clients on the benefits of mobility work, stretching, and recovery as part of a well-rounded fitness program
- Deliver assisted stretching sessions as a key component of the member experience, helping clients improve mobility, reduce injury risk, and enhance performance
- Proactively integrate mobility and recovery strategies, including assisted stretching, into client programs to support long-term results
- Confidently
recommend and position assisted stretching services to members as part of a well-rounded training and recovery plan
Compensation

Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to build relationships and retain clients
- Experience with mobility training, flexibility coaching, or assisted stretching is a plus

Group Fitness Instructor

Programs We're Hiring For:
We're actively recruiting for the following programs, with Group Fight and Group Centergy being our most immediate needs:
- Group Fight ⭐ Urgent
- Group Centergy ⭐ Urgent
- Group Power
- Cycle/Spin
- Athlete 30 (training or coaching background preferred)
- Yoga
- Senior Fitness (Zumba Gold, Discovery Strength, Stretch & Renew)
What We're Looking For
- Enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine love for fitness and people
- Mossa certification required for licensed programs (Group Power, Group Fight, Group Centergy) — see details below
- Freestyle instructors welcome for Cycle/Spin, Yoga, and Senior Fitness classes
- Personality matters — especially for our senior population
- Whether you come from a fitness, coaching, performance, or teaching background, we’re looking for people who can connect with and motivate others
Compensation
- Approximately $25 per class. Exact compensation based on experience
- Mossa certification is paid upfront by the instructor, then fully reimbursed after 6 months–1 year of teaching with us
- Quarterly music/programming releases covered by Ghost Town Fitness on an ongoing basis
