Group Fight® brings it on! This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Redefine Your Self with Group Centergy. Grow longer, stronger and improve your stamina as you explore this 60-minute journey using yoga and Pilates fundamentals along with dynamic whole body movements. Let's get Hard Core! Train like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, will help prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel and a platform - all to challenge you like never before. GROUP CYCLING


Our cycling (spinning) classes are very popular because spinning is an unmatched way to make your fitness goals a reality. With no complicated moves to learn, top-notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal, getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun.

Our studio classes are 45 minutes of challenging bike riding.

GROUP YOGA


Yoga is a class with emphasis on the mind/body connection thru deep breathing, fluid movement and challenging poses. This class uses floor and standing poses for all fitness levels.

SENIOR FIT


Senior Fit class includes progressive resistance training, balance training, and flexibility exercises. Classes last approximately 45 minutes. The benefits of this class are: increased muscle mass and strength, improved bone density and reduced risk for osteoporosis and related fractures, reduced risk for diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, depression, and obesity, and improved self-confidence, sleep and vitality. Come join the fun!
